So according to a legal expert on CTV news if someone is illegally kidnapped internationally US case law says it doesn't impact the proceedings.

This is wild.

So if you are not read your rights in the US or unlawfully detained your case will likely been thrown out.

But if the US kidnaps a random world leader violating international law and international treaties apparently that has zero impact. This makes the US legal system look like a total joke.

Yes. US law really is tilted in favour of the Americans in the case. In the case of Maduro just being Maduro means he is toast. And its legal. I cant wait for Trump to take his next overseas trip....😷

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow So if some Iranian mercenary group kidnaps him to Tehran while he is office visiting some middle east oil prince, America is screwed legally. On the other hand. They could throw him under a bus, anoint Vance and move on.. What a happy coincidence!😷

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Yes.. Yet another example of how little Trumps people think things through.😷
You're killing everything else. No more international law! You're killing hope and socialism. You're winning! There was never a different goal in the USA!!!
