The US has become a predator state, and there's not much we (as Europeans) can do.
It's horrible. The US has become an enemy. In fact, we, as Europeans, have many enemies now: Russia, China, and the US.

@helenS I'm saddened, yet sadly agree. Yet the EU alone can't be fighting the world.
There is the likes as BRICS and other middle east organizations.
Perhaps if there was more cooperation with other groups like S Korea, Japan and the Philippines group (Trilateral Security Cooperation Framework-TSCF). Yeah they have their own group.

@Rabbit420
I liked the President of Greenland's statement reminding Trump that (1) Greenland is part of the Kingdom of Denmark and therefore a member of NATO and all NATO allies including the U.S. are bound to help defend them, including the U.S., from an attack by anyone, including an ally; and (2) as a NATO member, the U.S. already has military bases on Greenland and receives significant financial and logistical support & cooperation from Greenland as a military ally and strategic outpost of NATO.
A reasoned, adult response to the outbursts of a temperamental child in the opinion of this Yank.

@dancingtongue Greenland is Danish territory, not Dutch. I know we Europeans have smaller countries but it is important.

@meJess Mea culpa. Thank you for the correction.
