I'm not certain but I suspect it has something to do with the wall he completed that he was going to finish and now never talks about, and that Mexico never paid for along with the nuclear threat from North Korea that he eliminated while they still have all their nuclear weapons (and more). He has (fake) bone spurs, you know.
