@sunsporter1649 Not like you. You support genocide of Palestine which includes old and young and male and female and Christian and Muslim and agnostic. I don't support genocide of any sort. My uncle helped liberate Bergen Belsen. Not a pretty sight. He told me what he had seen. I have loathed genocides ever since. Not so for you. You are on the side of evil.

@sunsporter1649 Yup. Ever heard of JFK? How about Charlie Kirk? How about 9/11. How is it that Israeli hospitals are patching up ISIS fighters. How is it that Hamas was started by Israel? Your ignorance of facts is astounding.

If extra judicial killing is a criminal activity, on whose laws? The US doesn’t recognise the world court and has a veto at the UN.
After all other nations would never commit an ‘execution’ outside of their own borders, so clearly this is new.

@sree251 Banana Wars (1898-1934), a period of U.S. military interventions in Latin America and the Caribbean to protect economic interests, especially those of powerful fruit companies like the United Fruit Company (now Chiquita). These interventions, involving occupations and regime changes in countries like Honduras, Cuba, and Nicaragua, were aimed at ensuring stable conditions for American businesses and trade

Why is the US even worried about let alone involved in Valenzuela? Serious question and if you say 'drugs' I am going to laugh at you.

@sunsporter1649 Are those the UN police that Trudeau brought in to Canada to end the covid protests in Ottawa? You know the guy who ran over an old lady with a walker with his horse.

Ever talk with a US citizen? Mainly international law doesn't concern them because they're using whatever they can to do whatever it takes. Evil.

bringing the oil to the usa one tanker at a time.. soon we will just go invade and take it all.. a sad thing .. and the usa has veto power in the united nations . so not much will happen.

Not much will happen thru the UN. No one is waiting. An international conflict with the US over Venezuela is taking shape in the Caribbean as we speak.

I don't give a damn what Trump thinks he is as long as his actions implicates himself and no one else. I voted for him and rue the day I did that. My vote has enabled him to use the power of the President's office to strut his stuff at the expense of everyone who is harmed by him.
As you say though, President Trump is a law unto himself in international affairs. He seems to have some long-term ambitions with a peculiar mix of isolationism, imperialism and basic greed; but he is very inconsistent and unpredictable to the USA's friends and foes alike, and seems to display little understanding of both.

The simplest reason is Trump and his ego
The military has to do as he commands
His administration bows to him

Trump behaves like a 10 year old kid playing President in the White House. He can do anything he wants as Commander-in-Chief. He doesn't need Congress's approval to fly B2 bombers and bomb anything he wants as long as he doesn't use military assets to wage war. He can deploy the entire US Navy to blockade any country as long as he doesn't wage war. If any country Trump messes with retaliates with nuclear weapons, then Congress has to declare war.

@sree251 If you think that Trump is his own man you are very very mistaken. I am by no means a fan of him. However I do recognise that his erratic behaviour is symptomatic of a puppet on a string. Other much more learned men that I have said the same thing including people who know him personally. I suspect that he is owned by Israel who have a gun to his head figuratively if not literally. He does what Israel wants or he or his kids gets it. Still not a fan of him though.

I was a fan, voted for him and thought he could become the greatest President putting America on the right path. He scammed me. I am not sure he is a puppet on a string the way US politicians are yanked this way and that by the forces controlling the US Government and the American public. I watched him way back when he was in his forties getting interviewed on TV. He couldn't have been faking his views on the state of the country and his perception of what was wrong. He was his own man then. Perhaps, he is now in the clutches of the devil controlling the country. If that is the case, then the whole nation is heading down the tubes. There is no way to fight this kind of evil.

String this guy up (by his swollen ankles) for war crimes. Be careful though; he has (fake) bone spurs.

@sunsporter1649 Yup. Everyone in Canada know what they are doing and the drug labs in BC that convert the raw material into fentanyl Funny thing is the raw material is not illegal until it is converted to the actual drug. I read about a drug lab in Southern Alberta just north of Montana that got busted. It had hundreds of millions of dollars worth of fentanyl. I was shocked to hear about the lab and completely shocked by the dollar value of the drugs. It hardly seemed possible. Yes we see addicts all the time some of them completely stooped over from the muscle relaxant they use to reduce the potency of the fentanyl. We have all had training in giving injections to users who have overdosed. Drugs is a scourge but blowing up boats of the coast of Venezuela is by no means a solution to the problem.

Whose idea was that? Naturally, Trump has to assume the blame and be held accountable. The sad fact is that the victims were probably out-of-work, poverty-stricken llaneros getting paid to do drug runs from Caracas to the playgrounds of the rich and famous in the Bahamas.

@sree251 without actual proof or 'confessions' we are all just guessing. What we do know is that it is illegal for any navy in the world to use its arms to deliberately kill people on a whim. We have no idea where they were going. We have no idea where they were when they were killed. We have no idea what they were doing. All we know is that the US is claiming that it is killing civilians.
