@hippyjoe1955 And there are no Muslims in Isreal, right?
hippyjoe1955 · 70-79, M
@sunsporter1649 Of course there are. There are more Muslims than Christians.

Why is the US even worried about let alone involved in Valenzuela? Serious question and if you say 'drugs' I am going to laugh at you.

Go deeper. It is not just the oil. It is the US dollar.

The US dollar is done for. It is enduring a slow death. Weaponizing it against Russia and using it to enforce sanctions on any country that steps out of line is forcing an alternative to using the US dollar in international commerce. On top of that, there is a need to service a $38 trillion US national debt that doesn't look like it can ever be repaid. Would you do business with someone on the verge of bankruptcy?

@sree251 Going bankrupt and apt to steal your property.

Not much will happen thru the UN. No one is waiting. An international conflict with the US over Venezuela is taking shape in the Caribbean as we speak.

@sree251 The USA is part of the Security Council though. No-one is forcing it to "eat crow" (?) but it should still obey international law. Even if China and Russia would not be too squeamish about breaking it if it suits them.

You accuse the American forces of "kidnapping " the ships' crews. What has happened to them, do you know? Are they confined to the ships or have they been brought ashore and held in custody?

I don't know what's happened to them. Does it make a difference if the captured crews are now housed at Mar-A-Lago? The US Navy is disrupting commercial traffic and international supply of crude from Venezuela.

String this guy up (by his swollen ankles) for war crimes. Be careful though; he has (fake) bone spurs.
