What you're telling us is that in tRump's previous deal, he didn't settle the major issues, he just kicked the can down the road a few months. The deal tRump made on Nov 13 extends government funding through Jan. 30. That's just a short kick down the road.

The big question, subsidies for tRumpCare, remains unsettled, and so legislators are going to use the tools at their disposal to negotiate for their preferred outcome.

And yes, it's now tRumpCare after all the meddling tRump has done.
