Huh?
We know that one of the victims, Ella Cook, a parishioner at the Cathedral Church of the Advent in Birmingham, Alabama and vice president of Brown's College Republicans, but while the other victim has a Muslim sounding name: Mukhammad Aziz Umurzokov, because he's an Uzback American, he may not be a practicing Muslim.
The other 9 shooting victims? Who knows.
Most of the shooting was inside the first-floor of the Engineering building, 186-seat Room 166, where a 21-year-old TA was giving a finals-prep session in Economics.
Based on what we know, it seems to me that the guy, who was a graduate student at Brown, is pissed at the universe, because he did not become the director of MIT's largest lab: Fusion lab, like his buddy.
He continued on to knock on his buddy's door in Brookline, close to MIT, and kill him.
They were classmates at University in Portugal, part of 5-year undergrad Physics program.
The shooter then continued on to Brown as a Physics Grad student. He left the program, applied to the Green lottery and won, and moved to Florida, where he got radicalized, like everyone who lives in, or moves to Flotida.
Trump's response? He immediately cancelled the Green Lottery program.
The Diversity Immigrant Visa Program, commonly known as the Green Card Lottery, provides up to 55,000 immigrant visas (green cards) annually to individuals from countries with historically low rates of immigration to the United States. The program is administered by the U.S. Department of State and winners are selected through a randomized computer drawing.
The program was started in 1990 by Bush the 41st, based on prep work by Reagan to encourage people from non-shithole countries citizens to move to the US.
