What’s more: is Harvard law graduate Tom Cotton who has served in the Armed Services so IGNORANT of LOAC, Maritime, and the UCMJ?
Does he not recognize that 1). We are not at war, 2). There was no legal reason to fire on that boat at all, 3). Survivors in the water are out of the “conflict” (of course [b]there was no conflict to begin with[/b]). 4). Trump & Hegseth are committing extrajudicial MURDER (at least 86 so far) 5). They are putting a target on every military member’s back because if the US doesn’t follow the international rules of combat, then our enemies have no obligation not to murder our own troops!
