Interesting to note, that the ruling was without prejudice, instead of with prejudice.

Not that it will help that much. Yet that leaves the case like it never happened.

@Northwest exactly. Yet note Currie had concerns of other judges previous recusals.

This "indication" might make it impossible for a retrail to even happen.

And why I said that it might not "help much".

@Northwest The Comey case is dead, buried, and converted to mulch. The illegal prosecutor when before a grand jury and filed charges against Comey in the final week before the statute of limitations expired. Since those charges have been thrown out of court, there is no way to file new charges against Comey. Game over.

I don't know how much time is left on the clock for the Letitia James case.

UPDATE: James bought the house in question in Aug 2020, so there may not be much time left on that clock either.
