Moment of truth.

Trump has grown frustrated. He was frustrated when he took office earlier in year, and he is frustrated now. He wants Zelensky to agree to peace plan. There is talk he is willing to stop U.S. aid to Ukraine if Zelensky continues to refuse. Is this Trump trying only to pressure Zelensky, or will he follow through on his threat?

Ukraine continues to expend its men. More are deserting. More are running away. And more are evading conscription. That is, ones who remain. Few are left. This war has been a pointless meat grinder for Ukraine. They have gone through their men like a fat kid goes through candy. And for what? Nothing. It was for nothing. A nation stripped and plundered. Not by Russia, by itself, and by its warmongering, Russia-hating backers.

Trump has grown bored. He over-promised on the basis of a relationship with Russia that he valued more highly than Putin did. Now he's feeling a bit of a pillock and desperately trying to save face.

Who knows what he will do tomorrow . . Trump least of all . . not worth getting too hot and bothered about.

@SunshineGirl he’s def unique as a politician in that he promised things on the campaign trail he can’t deliver on. Total opposite of NYC mayor Mamdani . (Rolls eyes )

Your deep concern for the people of Ukraine is touching. </sarcasm>

@ElwoodBlues What justice is there in Ukraine having nothing left? Are you happy to see Ukrainian men die for your war?
@yestestvennaya Your deep concern for the men of Ukraine is touching.

But don't forget Ukrainian women and children, they, too, die in large numbers due to Russian bombs and artillery.

Why are you ignoring those deaths? We're talking about justice; wouldn't you say the deaths of non-combatants is a bigger injustice than the deaths of soldiers??
