Another Media Sob Story: Ukraine “Dad” with Major Criminal Record

Roman Surovtsev is from Ukraine and is in the United States. Temporarily. He is set for deportation after his green card was revoked back in 2003. His record is substantial, but the media and a particular immigration attorney named Eric Lee are telling everyone that he’s just a Ukraine “dad”. It’s another media sob story with a bigger background. We wonder if anyone in Congress will volunteer to bring him a margarita.

His criminal record includes:

-assault with a deadly weapon
-multiple counts of burglary
-multiple counts of carjacking
-carjacking with a firearm
-trespassing onto private property,
-multiple counts of taking a vehicle without owner consent
-possession of a hypodermic needle/syringe
-receiving stolen property,
-multiple counts of conspiracy to commit a crime.

His green card was revoked in 2003 when he was arrested for violent offenses.

And because of that record, it is highly unlikely he would be conscripted into the Ukraine army, but it appears he is terrified of the prospect. The immigration attorney failed to mention his criminal record as he posted all the “cute pictures” he could find of his two daughters and American wife. Funny how Surovtsev never tried to obtain US citizenship after marrying an American woman. His criminal background would have immediately come to the surface. All of which is a violation of US immigration law. The media sob story is in full swing.
