not an american... but i read about this whole budget problem.
what i dont understand... if the republicans have the president, the congress and the senate majority... how can there be a problem with agreeing on a budget.

They create the problem, then blame Trump.
They think Trump has to negotiate ( give them money to keep illegals comfortable) because they voted to shut down the government. Trump does not have to negotiate. 13 times now the libs have voted to hurt Americans because Trump is following the law. He is using this opportunity to gut the libs slush fund programs permanently.
