@sree251 Oh, but tRump HAS been using his Sec'y of War for war! tRump has ordered at least 20 boats destroyed in the Caribbean with about 80 deaths. And maybe six or eight more deaths in the Pacific.

It's getting pretty close to the death toll from Reagan's war on Grenada. Sure, tRump is waging a small slow war against people who don't fight back, but it's still a war.
