In the context of the video? He doesn't seem to be doing anything wrong in the context of the video. I can't understand what he's saying but he's having a private conversation so I don't really need to.
As for what I don't like about him in general...
His policies are the big one, as they impact us the most.
His dishonesty. His general corruption.
His lack of integrity. His lack of trustworthiness.
His treating every interaction as a zero sum game of win or lose.
I think the biggest thing that I dislike about him is that he holds so many people enthralled despite all of the above problems. If he didn't have power he could be a terrible human all day long with minimal impact. But instead, he's got enough power to damage our nation for years or maybe even decades and he seems more than willing to do so.

@Ferise1 Economically for one. Violating the integrity of law and order through the weaponization of the justice system for two. He's really weakened our military alliances. He's destroyed our soft power network. He's been spouting hateful and divisive rhetoric to divide us.
The damage is all pretty open and obvious at this point. The only real way to think this is all good is if you want to see the current government destroyed and rebuilt into an authoritarian system. Several of the people he has surrounded himself with are well known for supporting that kind of shit.
