What do the "dems" have to do with it? Republicans are the one who control House, Senate and Presidency right now

@Mountainlady16 wrong, this is clearly on Trump... and his tax the poor people, define their programs and spend money on Billionaires programs.

@sstronaut no this is on the dems wanting to keep a failing healthcare system and now going to let ppl go hungry rather than reopen the government. remember just last week schumer said everyday its shut better for them
Elessar · 31-35, M
@Mountainlady16 Dude, Republicans control all the branches of the government. If they can't keep their own government running the fault is on them, not the minority at the opposition.
The basics for Christ sake. I get that over there in Russia you've got no clues on how a democracy works

@Elessar do you not understand the 60 vote rule they cant pass a bill without dems voting with them and im in the us. im in ga. the republicans are voting to open the government the dems refuse to cooperate because they rather let ppl go hungry.
@Mountainlady16 Yeah your just a sheep going where your told without a brain.
The system wasn't failing, a proof that millions were using it and wanting it to continue.
And it is the White Administration who decided they won't use the $5 billion in SNAP reserves falsely claiming they legally can't, when that's exactly what they have done for decades...
Suddenly with no law changes, they claim we suddenly can't do that... Falsely citing a law that has no effect as they claim it does, and they even claimed a couple of months ago that they could use it.
Meanwhile Trump has had no issue with breaking laws if he wants something.
So you're just spouting lies that you were told to repeat.

@sstronaut and they wont have to if the dems stop holding the country hostage for a healthcare system that doesnt work. it doesnt work because the costs are alot higher now than it was before it was passed.

@Mountainlady16 The party that has slashed USAID, medicare, medicaid (to use that money to build a ballroom, cut the taxes on the billionaires and bailout Argentina) wants to save people from being starved by the party that introduced the ACA in the first place
Make it make sense
Make it make sense
@Mountainlady16 Yeah more lies.
Even Marjorie Taylor Green what's the healthcare system to keep going... as despite your lies it's not a failure, but you have fully drank the Kool aid do there is no reasoning with you.

@Elessar the ballroom is being paid for boy donations. and the aca was introduced by obama a democrat
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@Elessar theres to many ppl on medicaid the states were supposed to take over paying for their extended medicaid by now they havent
Elessar · 31-35, M
@Mountainlady16 It's not a "donation" if you conveniently cut taxes on the "donor".
If I give you $50 and then you give @sstronaut $50, where did the money come from?

@Mountainlady16 And you blindly hate it just because it was a democratic idea...
Of course before that it was a Republican idea and they have both the Military and Congress signed up for it a type of universal healthcare based on Republicans.
But no, the people can't have it as it's a Democrat idea...
Notice how the none of the Military or Congress have given up their health care rights

@Elessar its not because medicaid cuts. medicaid is a state program not federal the fedral subsidies were not supposed to cover the costs of the medicaid extensions long term
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@sstronaut we hate it because it dont work it was suppoosed to fall on the states by now to fund it in fact
@Mountainlady16 If it doesn't work then why haven't Congress given up their universal healthcare?
If it didn't work people wouldn't be using it.

Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@sstronaut and where do you think a large number of jobs in the US come from tax increases and rediclous regulations under obama is why we lost several jobs in my area cause factories were being closed
@Mountainlady16 Yes the tax and spend is so horrible, which is exactly why Trump is coping it with his tax and spend policies
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@sstronaut they use it because in some states it works but others it dont. why does the dems scream to keep subsidies and at the same time want to cut healthcare to rural areas
