Trump is saying that he's going to go in and just kill all the Venezuelans.

He says that he doesn't need a declaration of war and that if he wants to just invade, he's going to do it. He says he isn't going to ask congress and to do what he wants.

Along with most other things he is doing, he is violating the law, left and right. It will eventually catch up to him and he will be stopped, but until that happens, he will wreak havoc with whatever he touches. He truly is the enemy of the people.
