Trump is threatening NY if they vote for Mamdani

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow I just looked it up and there were a few fiery debates between him and Cuomo if I spelled that right, just around 4 hours ago so I don't think they have voted yet.

I hope Mamdani wins, if he wins I'm gonna celebrate and make that Dr Pepper Margarita recipe I found on Instagram because that calls for a celebration 🍾

We need to start replacing the old and in with the new. We need to, it's a matter of life and death here in the states.

But I could be wrong and he could have won, but they were just having debates so I dunno

Even Charlie Kirk's best friend posted chats where he said he was going to stop being so pro-Israel because the checks were stopping.

@SatanBurger I have found that when people say they are not upset but laughing they are over-compensating. This is usually accompanied by the over use of laughing emojiis that look hysterical instead of truly happy.

@JimboSaturn I've known some people like that in real life and they usually have trouble in various aspects of their life it's real sad.

@SatanBurger I see where I got mixed up. I thought the primary he won was the mayoral election. In Canada primaries don't happen and even if we had them would not be a the municipal levels. Leave it to our cousins to the south to make even electing a mayor brain surgery levels of complicated.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow America isn't known for being smart and for making things overly complicated.

That's why everything we want we just take. We don't really have smart people to figure it out and if there is a smart person, they are usually from another country. I currently don't have healthcare, I can't afford it but when I did, one of the best doctors I ever had was a doctor from India who really tried everything to make me feel better.

That's also why having super strict immigration doesn't make sense.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow And also part of the reason we make things overly complicated is because we don't have the intelligence required to make things simple. Like a toddler trying to figure out which shape to put the block in but can't quite figure it out so they end up throwing the block or doing something complicated like trying to make the block fit somehow rather than figuring out how to put it the right way.

@SatanBurger Given American history I would not be surprised if making it complicated for no reason also reduced voter participation and turn out which advantages certain groups.

Especially if you are not given a paid day off to go vote. Most people can take a day off but not 2 or 3 or however many they want to make it require.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Oh I believe it's all intentional so I agree, there's no way our authorities don't know this. Like I refuse to believe they can't have livable wages, affordable health and stuff. So I think the pressure and confusion are intentionally done.

@SatanBurger Yep and it came out a year or two ago that the IRS is even making the tax code more complicated after being lobbied by Intuit so more people use their software instead of trying to do their taxes themselves.
