@CougarLisa he's so full of it! In my state they ask about mental health on the application to purchase a firearm! He doesn't know what he's saying let alone reality.

@CougarLisa SCOTUS just ruled that any 3d printed guns are NOT guns because they have no "machined parts". Therefore the laws governing gun ownership....age, mental capacity etc....do not apply to any home manufactured gun. So this DOES mean if anyone...of any mental capacity or age can get a hold of a 3d printed or home built firearm of any kind..... it is completely legal for them to have it. Just as I said.

@Joseph8284 Owning a gun and owing a gun LEGALLY is two completely different things. I can own a fighter jet full of 1000 pound bombs if I had the money............but not LEGALLY. Nothing in my post contradicts itself. You simply read two separate comments .....one dealing with just owning a gun and the other concerning owning a gun LEGALLY......and in ur mind you reached to find a contradiction where none existed.
