Oklahoma ICE Blitz Nabs 91 Illegal Alien Truckers

A joint traffic enforcement blitz along I-40 in western Oklahoma led to the arrest of 120 immigration violators—91 of whom were operating commercial vehicles. The arrests underscore the public safety risks posed by unlicensed or unauthorized drivers on America’s highways. The three-day operation, conducted by ICE and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, targeted criminal activity and threats to roadway safety through intensified patrols and records checks…

During the contact stops, ERO officers conducted records checks and arrested 120 illegal aliens. Of these, 91 non-domiciled drivers were operating commercial vehicles, according to information obtained from ICE by Breitbart Texas. As ICE Deputy Director Madison Sheahan put it, “Our roads are now safer with these illegal aliens no longer behind the wheel.”

So, how on earth did 91 illegal immigrants, some with criminal records for DUIs and human smuggling, get their hands on commercial driver’s licenses? The answer is a shameful roll call of incompetence, led by the usual suspects. California was the worst offender, issuing a staggering 44 of the licenses. New York came in second, handing out 14.

To understand the sheer absurdity of the situation, look no further than the case of Anmol Anmol, an Indian migrant here illegally. When he was pulled over in Oklahoma, he handed the trooper a perfectly valid, New York-issued CDL. The spot for his first name? It literally read “No Name Given.” New York State officials gave a man with no verifiable name a license to operate a rolling weapon on our nation’s highways. As Oklahoma’s Governor Kevin Stitt declared, “If New York wants to hand out CDLs to illegal immigrants… The moment they cross into Oklahoma, they answer to our laws.”

Without reading this BS post it's ironic that you would use the term "blitz" considering its etymology.

You guys figure this one out if you want, I'm out. 😂

@SinlessOnslaught The illegal immigrant truck driver who is accused of causing a crash in Fort Pierce, Florida, that killed three people failed English and road sign tests, officials investigating the wreck said.

Harjinder Singh, who crossed into the United States illegally in 2018 via the southern border, obtained a commercial driver's license in California. He attempted to obtain work authorization, but it was rejected by the first Trump administration on Sept. 14, 2020, according to Tricia McLaughlin, Homeland Security assistant secretary for public affairs.

"During [Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's] interview with the driver, investigators administered an English Language Proficiency (ELP) assessment in accordance with FMCSA guidance," the Department of Transportation said in a statement. "The driver failed the assessment, providing correct responses to just 2 of 12 verbal questions and only accurately identifying 1 of 4 highway traffic signs."

Singh has been charged with three counts of vehicular homicide. He was arrested in Stockton, California, on Saturday.

According to the DOT, Singh was issued a regular full-term commercial driver’s license in the state of Washington in July 2023, but illegal immigrants are not allowed to obtain this type of license.

A year later, Singh was issued a limited-term/non-domiciled commercial driver's license in California. The DOT is investigating further whether the issuance of that license followed federal regulations.
