Fat is beautiful, isn't it? What else has become beautiful in America? From story hour in our public libraries to lectures in college, educators have been shaping the American mind since the death of Amelia Earhart. You don't have to live up to anything but yourself now. So, what else is beautiful to you?

@jackjjackson Work...? He inherited and squandered everything he was given. That fat slob hasn't done 1 day of work unless you call praising himself every single day, work. Even he knows, by his own recent confession to reporters, he isn't going to heaven for his deeds here on Earth.
@FrogManSometimesLooksBothWays According to Pete Hegseth who has a taxpayer built dressing room with a cosmetic table, J D Vance who wears eyeliner, and Pedophile Enthusiast & snowflake Cry-Baby-trump who wears more face makeup than a Las Vegas showgirl... yes, US Grant notwithstanding.
@DogMan That's probably true. But they can at least try. I have more respect for those people (men and women of all ages) who at least put in the continuing effort. After all, everyone has different body types. It's the people who give up without trying or simply go through the motions that bother me the most. And the ones who rationalize why they should not even try are the ones who deserve the least amount of respect.
@DogMan Wow... that's commendable. I spoke (briefly) to an old Navy veteran at the gym who was watching me doing squats which, at first, made me uncomfortable. He told me he used to do squats but he has "bad knees" and a weak back now and uses the machines to give him stability.
@MarkPaul I have had my sister doing chair squats and calf raises on a custom calf block I made.
This is funny. A while after she started doing calf raises she thought she was having a problem because of these large lumps on the back of her legs. I laughed and told her it is muscle.
Any older people you care about should be persuaded to do chair squats without using their hands to strengthen the thighs, and calf raises to strengthen the calves. ankles and feet. It will keep people mobile their whole life.
@MarkPaul My heart doctor told me that calf raises are great at pumping blood also. I'm sure you have seen people with huge ugly lower legs. It's not muscle, it is poor circulation. blood pools in the lower legs of sedentary people.
