And a country is no different. I feel we are in a period of correction and straightening, and in a government, that is a way of repenting past mistakes.

If individuals WITHIN a government commit evil, without the knowledge of the President...the INDIVIDUAL is evil. NOT the entire nation which is composed of millions of people, most of them very good!
