If Farage gets into power, will he deport those Anglophobes who insult our country by flying the Union Flag upside down? They must be foreigners who obviously hate our country. No true British patriot would do such a thing.

In the US, flying the flag upside down is a sign of distress. The people who do it are ultra nationalists, white supremacists, etc. who think the government isn't conservative enough. Usually during Democratic administrations.
