There is no way Randall had some disease that just hit him while in ice custody.

Not that ice was saying he got a disease that landed him in a catatonic state but if you look at his before picture, there's no way in hell that ice did not do something to him. For him to go from healthy and all of a sudden catatonic, no way. He looks extremely lethargic and starved so basically that's what they did to him and I wouldn't doubt abuse.
