We are getting old! why is politics so Toxic?

because so many of the new waves of people (the kids) are so far from the older generations in terms of thinking and what matters or is important in life. its not the conservatives vs the liberals its "wisdom" vs. stubborn "naivety" or at least strongly differing opinions of widely different thinkers. for the most part i think
