@Roundandroundwego That's what this is. He's being indicted because he was involved in the conversations amongst Obama's Intelligence agencies. Starting here and hoping to indict Clapper, and Brennan. I doubt it goes up farther than that.

@sree251 A judge will toss it as soon as it moves forward. The indictment gives no evidence; it merely states the charges. Trump's former insurance attorney (or whatever her job was) is in over her head. But the purpose of the indictment isn't to make Comey pay for his "crimes," it's to throw red meat to the base. That's why they picked people like Comey and Bolton - they're out of favor with the MAGA crowd, and liberals don't like them because they're conservatives. If George W. Bush had a higher profile, they'd go after him, too.
