James Comey indicted. Can they get him?

They still have to convince a judge not to toss it, and convince all jurors to convict.

Reports say evidence is slim. So much so that ethical prosecutors refused to bring charges. Somehow the cronies hoodwinked a grand jury. But they only needed to prove probable cause, and there is no defense in a grand jury to challenge it there.

@Roundandroundwego That's what this is. He's being indicted because he was involved in the conversations amongst Obama's Intelligence agencies. Starting here and hoping to indict Clapper, and Brennan. I doubt it goes up farther than that.

@SumKindaMunster but he's only being charged with lying to Congress about whether he released a story to the media that was supposed to be classified, and releasing that story. Nothing else.

Obviously. Jesus had harmed no one. Even his prosecutor couldn't establish any reason to punish him. And yet, his execution was demanded by the High Priest.

The indictment is nothing more than retaliation and the DOJ attorney has zero experience with these kinds of actions. It's going to be tossed.
