@Roundandroundwego told me once that when the poster uses "you", the reference isn't directed so much towards an individual poster but to the U.S. or the West in general.
But, yeah, it's a bit confusing and @Roundandroundwego would be better off making it clear in a post that the criticism is directed at U.S./Western policies and not at individual posters per se. But then @Roundandroundwego also criticizes individual posters for accepting U.S./Western policies. @Roundandroundwego most definitely has a pro-Palestinian, pro-Russian, pro-communist/socialist viewpoint.
So it sometimes is difficult to understand where the criticism is being leveled.
