Why shouldn't someone who "hates" his enemies and only wants to see "the worse" for them NOT get a Nobel Peace Prize?

In general as people are no one ever wants to see their enemies succeed.

But the Noble Peace Prize the name says it all.

@Charity There is a wide and formidable line between not wanting to see them succeed and wanting to see the worse for them, personally.
