People gotta remember that fascism is popular, desired, and feels like freedom to its cheerleaders

There's a surprising number of people who think fascism is a good thing, I've spoken to a lot of people who just aren't capable of getting it or don't see it as dangerous. I've seen a lot of sentiments for more police, more harsh anti crime laws, more prisons. It reminds me of one of them dystopian games I play and I think, that could be real life because at the end of it all, people just aren't strong enough to say no.
