No it wouldn't. Its no different than restricting an accused pedo who works at a daycare or in child education from working in such professions. That and there were plenty of republicans ready to take his place as his criminal indictments happened well before the primaries

@Tahitiangrandma judges have full legal right and responsibilities to make any condition of bond they choose in protecting public safety and witnesses making such actions and issues of contempt perfectly legal.
The fact that's such actions weren't a condition of bond is PROOF THAT there is no such thing as liberal. And not because Americans lack liberal thinking.
Had any of those judges been a fraction as so called liberal that he screamed 24/7, he'd have been held without bail and locked up in the luney-bin.

TBH, I think that not only would some or all of that be overturned, just doing it would have gotten a lot of people killed.
