Trump has a dangerous plan to enact patriotic act 2.0

It would give him legal right to kill anyone they deem narco terrorist under a very loose definition. They're already doing things like shooting peaceful protesters on the ground, disabled too and also running people over with their cars. These are just peaceful protesters I couldn't imagine what's going to happen if trump can label anyone as a narco terrorist.
