Do u believe that the late Charlie Kirk was a racist ? πŸ™‡πŸ™‹πŸ’πŸ™†πŸ€· πŸ”¨

I'd really like to hear your part on how he was not.
I mean if he were a Black.man going to college campuses and telling White Americans how incompetent they are would you not be offended.
If he said why can't you people stop these school shootings. Why can't you end the war on drugs and keep fentanyl from destroying your children. What is it with the assaults on women and men of color in public places. The lynchings still going on today. The s e x rings. The kidnappings. The corruption in government. And so on and so on. If Charlie Kirk was a Black or Latino man he would have been called everything ugly underneath the sun. Do you believe that Charlie Kirk was a racist.or had racist beliefs. The floor is yours. β˜ΊπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

He was a free speech advocate with controversial views that generated views, encouraged massive volumes of donations, and gained him attention. His skin colour wasn't really a factor in that. He was as imperfect as anyone else and within that, I'm sure he held some beliefs that could be classified as racist. But racism didn't seem to be his chosen motive. It was attention that he wanted and that turned him into a target for those who were searching for someone to follow and a target for one person who decided on his own his life should be over.
Zonuss Β· 46-50, M
@MarkPaul It's a slippery slope when you get involved into the propaganda and ideology behind race. It's personal and it has always been.
MarkPaul Β· 26-30, M
@Zonuss Well, everything can become personal if you let it or if you want it to be. That is the real power behind the entire maga manipulation and BS. it has been designed, either through careful planning or by happenstance, to magnify simple issues like the murder of an individual for his (twisted) ideas and the murderous plot from a troubled soul into personal issues.

If you peel away the manipulation, it doesn't take anything more than being human to acknowledge murdering someone for speaking his ideas, no matter how hateful, is neither productive or a solution... and demonstrates evil and criminal behaviour. Likewise, choosing to murder someone based on a claim of hating him is in itself hate-filled. But on a manipulated level, these acts are projected as personal attacks requiring personal defences. Suddenly, instead of being human, the manipulated souls become jungle animals defending their "pride."

It's horrifying to watch this all play out; it's interesting to watch. It's literally a window into human behaviour being suppressed to serve the needs of the manipulator-in-charge. As it turns out, and ironically, it's race-equalizing. No race seems exempt.

Idk what to think. Before he died I’d never watched him speak or anything, I basically just knew that he founded Turning Point USA, whose memes I strongly disagreed with, and I knew BohoBabe said he was a liar. But I’ve got a Facebook friend who works at a local TV station that’s dominated by Republicans and Trump supporters, and he tells me that everything I think I know about Charlie Kirk is all wrong. He says all the Charlie Kirk quotes that liberals are passing around are either made up or taken out of context. The real Charlie Kirk supposedly promoted Christian values, traditional marriage, was against transgender kids mutilating themselves, and he was on Israel’s side against Hamas. That’s who Charlie Kirk really was, and he can’t see how anyone would think Kirk was hateful.

Do ya think I’m being gaslighted?

@Theyitis

No, you're just not paying attention. Watch the video and listen:

Zonuss Β· 46-50, M
@Theyitis Yes you are being gaslighted. Nothing taken out of context especially if you replace the word Black with White.
But of course there isnt really a Black version of Mr Clark now is there. ☺
caPnAhab Β· 26-30, M
I didn't know about Charlie before. Based off the little I've read so far and watching a few debates...

I don't think so. Seems to me he cared for merit and character, not skin color
Zonuss Β· 46-50, M
@caPnAhab So you would be ok if there was a Black version of him spreading propaganda.
caPnAhab Β· 26-30, M
@Zonuss no. From what I can tell, he's try to meet people half way.
Zonuss Β· 46-50, M
@caPnAhab Sometimes he did. But he also lacked respect for people in general in my opinion. He would have been more appreciated if he was more like a Tucker Carlson or a Ben Shapiro.

I believe Kirk was a religious zelot. And before anyone says a Nazi, please understand Hilter was a Methodist yet raised as a Catholic.

Religion doesn't exclude anyone from racism.

The are a number of points showing Kirk's religious beliefs, including to project2025.

What if he was black? Would that make any difference? Maybe you’re racist? There are black men who share the ideals that Charlie had. What if one of them were shot by a black man at the same place? If it makes a difference to you or anyone what color the man is or the shooter then seems to me that is racism. It was cold blooded murder. It doesn’t matter color, political, racism, offended or anything else. Charlie did nothing to deserve being murdered.
Zonuss Β· 46-50, M
@gregloa Says the man who can't answer a straight question. Weak as always. Try again. ☺

Possibly. He enjoyed talking smack about the groups he didn't agree with. Black, LGBT, whoever.

I do not think he discriminated, I think he hated everyone equally.

Everybody says, "He shouldn't have been k*lled over having opinions."
What happened to the days when people would be saying, "He shouldn't have been running his mouth"?
Zonuss Β· 46-50, M
@HoeBag Interesting. The power of the spoken word.
HoeBag Β· 46-50, F
@Zonuss I mean if someone has an isolated incident of saying something taken out of context, maybe it can be excused but he built his brand on h4te speech. It wasn't just one incident.

@Gemma90 We are not discarding the tragedy itself. We are talking about how his words and his ideology affected other people.
BohoBabe Β· M
It's hard to say because Kirk was a shill. He used racism in his propaganda all the time, but it's like asking if he was ideologically fascist, or if he believed in nothing and was just making money. Who knows?
Zonuss Β· 46-50, M
@BohoBabe Policy does not work. It takes a collective community to unite and fix their own problems. Not blame others for your problems.
BohoBabe Β· M
@boudinMan I know everything.
BohoBabe Β· M
@Zonuss Community organizing is great, but systemic problems require systemic solutions. Especially since most people have jobs, they can't devote all of their free time to community work.
cherokeepatti Β· 61-69, F
Only 25% of the children born in Black families have a man in the household. That’s a very sad fact for those children.
cherokeepatti Β· 61-69, F
@Zonuss Blacks are speaking out about this. Maybe listen to some of them.
Zonuss Β· 46-50, M
@cherokeepatti Maybe you should start dealing with reality about your own people and their struggles. You really don't wanna go there. You really don't. ☺
Zonuss Β· 46-50, M

I do not.

@Zonuss He was religious and a great man.

no, he was not a racist and there are plenty of videos of black people saying that.
Zonuss Β· 46-50, M
@boudinMan So it's ok.for us to have a Black version of Charlie Kirk
Is that what you really wanting right now.πŸ˜‚

@boudinMan Oh please stop being so narrow minded. Both sides are at fault if you wanna talk about violence. But isn't it funny that your master...I mean president, just blocked out the DOJ report on Right Wing terrorist attacks on government officials. Yeah. More hypocrisy on your end. And no Jesus doesn't condone racism either. Looks like you're stuck sir. ☺

@boudinMan No. They are on both sides. Both. Look up the word if you do not know what it means. πŸ‘
HobNoblin Β· 36-40, M
No idea nor do I care if he was.
HobNoblin Β· 36-40, M
@Zonuss Don't care!😁😁
Zonuss Β· 46-50, M
@HobNoblin If you don't care why are you on this post. πŸ˜‚
HobNoblin Β· 36-40, M
@Zonuss Why I'm giving my input on the topic.
Yes, because he was very clear that he was a racist.

Saying otherwise would be literally arguing with his own words.
trollslayer Β· 46-50, M
No. A bigot masquerading as a religious zealot. But not a racist.
Zonuss Β· 46-50, M
@trollslayer Ok. Fair point.
