He was definitely murdered. The killer made too many, I'm not even going to say (rookie), Just plane mistakes.

Well, that's a different way of categorizing Assassination versus murder. I never thought about professionalism in achieving the task as being a cornerstone for ruling a person's death as being committed by an Assassin versus a murderer.
