Stricter Gun Laws

Now That Charlie kirk was shot, can we maybe now get the republicans to finally agree on stricter gun laws? Do you guys think the republicans will maybe now be more open for such discussions?

Why would you want stricter gun laws now? Charlie Kirk was the mastermind behind the MAGA movement and was instrumental in getting Trump Elected to the Presidency. Trump didn't get himself there, Charlie and a few others did!

If MAGA-Republicans want to live by their sword, they can all die by their sword as far as I'm concerned.

@swirlie no one should be murdered.

@Firewarrior
When someone is threatening the democracy of the country they happen to enjoy reaping the fruits from, their murder is called 'justifiable homicide'.
@swirlie no, imprisoning them is completely fine, but murder is never the real answer, sometimes it is sadly unavoidable. We schould never wisch for someone to be murdered, then we go down to their levels.

@Firewarrior
Who said that imprisoning someone is completely fine?
@swirlie So you say imprisoning is bad but murdering is ok?
swirlie · 31-35
@Firewarrior
No, I'm asking you a question.

Who said that imprisoning someone is completely fine?
@swirlie i am, if they did a hard crime they schould be imprisoned.
swirlie · 31-35
@Firewarrior
Who put you in charge?
@swirlie in charge of what?
swirlie · 31-35
@Firewarrior
Who put you in charge of deciding that imprisoning someone is completely fine?
@swirlie No one , but if not imprisoning,what should happen to criminals then?
swirlie · 31-35
@Firewarrior
What would happen to criminals is irrelevant to my question.

Stick with my question and stop changing the subject.
@swirlie I ANSWERED YOUR QUESTION.
swirlie · 31-35
@Firewarrior
If you're not in charge, then why are you pretending that you are in charge?
@swirlie i am not pretending that i am in charge of decing these things, ti have never said that i am.
swirlie · 31-35
@Firewarrior
I asked you
Who put you in charge of deciding that imprisoning someone is completely fine?

If you're not in charge, then why are you saying that imprisoning someone is completely fine? Fine by who?
@swirlie by my own moral standings. My opinion is that imprisoning people is fine but murder is not right.
AngelJade · 22-25, F
@swirlie I'm good with that, a Martyr was made today.
swirlie · 31-35
@Firewarrior
You cannot use your own personal moral standing to determine if imprisonment is fine or not for someone else. Therefore, you are not in charge and your opinion of how you think others should be treated is irrelevant.
swirlie · 31-35
@AngelJade
There was no martyrdom happening here with Kirk, Angel!
@swirlie and yours are ?
swirlie · 31-35
@Firewarrior
Mine are irrelevant as well.
@swirlie everyone is allowed an opinion , and everyone is allowed to say that opinion.
