@LordShadowfire I do believe in it. My question is. Have they had a hearing in the past and been ordered for removal and just were not. If they did have a hearing that said they needed to be removed they have had their due process.

We definitely need to speed the process up by having more immigration judges. But when someone is arrested and in jail, they don’t get an immediate hearing. They’re due processcomes at the hearing. If they receive expedited removal, they can legally be removed without seeing an immigration judge
They can ask for an appeal, but they’re not entitled to one

There are other stories, equally awful, or even more awful, like the videos of children being picked up, taken to detention centers, and deported without ever seeing the inside of a courtroom.

That isn't the America I grew up in, and it isn't the America I believe in. And it's been pointed out to you that it's happening, and you continue questioning. You've been given all the information you need to make a decision regarding the constitutionality of these abductions and deportations, and you still insist you don't have enough information.

No matter how minor the misdemeanors or felonies are, these people are deportable by law

I wish there was a way to make exceptions for people but there’s not. If you make an exception for one person, then you’re expected to make them for everyone until they become the rule.

No matter how much you deny it or want it to be the truth. Most of there reports are incomplete they don’t start at the very beginning and go to the end.

I don’t trust the media because there is not one new source not one who is not biased one way or the other. If I really want to know what’s going on, I will watch both new sources and the truth usually lies somewhere in the middle.

The illegal.immigrants don’t commit any more crimes than American citizens do but illegal immigrant criminal activity should not have to be tolerated in the United States just like no other foreign country should have to tolerate American citizens committing crimes in their country they have enough criminal activity from their own citizens just like we do Illegal immigrants don’t abuse our social services assistance programs, More than American citizens do but we shouldn’t have to absorb extra cost from illegal immigrants who do just like no other country should have to pick up the tab for Americans abusing their programs

If there's no dui charge and ice lied, why would you believe them a second time. I wouldn't believe you if you just lied to me and then expected me to believe other facts. His lawyers found no charge in his background report.
