The murder rates in Memphis TN and Birmingham AL are ten times higher than the rates in LA ever were.

Those cities are lost causes , economically speaking. Orange is sending troops to cities that are needed to contribute to the economic engine. DC, Chicago , Philly , NYC. America can’t afford for those places to shut down . It’s economics , not politics , for a change.
