RFK Jr. Orders Federal Probe into Psychiatric Drugs in Response to School Shooting

For generations, American students brought rifles to school for shooting clubs, left them in parking lots, and nobody worried. Today, our children are murdered during morning Mass. The weapons haven’t changed—something else has. And for the first time, a federal official is brave enough to investigate what the medical establishment doesn’t want us to know.

This week’s massacre at Minneapolis’s Annunciation Catholic School—yeah, another one—where a transgender gunman killed two children and wounded 17 others during their first Mass of the school year, represents more than another tragic headline. It’s a symptom of a deeper sickness that Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is finally exposing. Under Trump’s administration, we’re actually getting answers instead of excuses.

Kennedy’s observation cuts through decades of political deflection. “People have had guns in this country forever,” he told Fox & Friends. “When I was a kid, we had shooting clubs at our school. People, kids, my classmates, other people, would bring a .22 rifle or their guns to school and park it in the parking lot. Nobody was shooting.”

The Health Secretary posed the question nobody in Washington has dared to ask: If guns were just as available in the 1950s and 60s, why weren’t children being slaughtered in churches? His answer challenges everything the pharmaceutical industry wants hidden.

“Something changed, and it dramatically changed human behavior. One of the culprits we need to examine is whether the fact that we are the most over-medicated nation in the world, and a lot of those are psychiatric drugs that have black box warnings on them that warn of suicidal and homicidal ideation. So we are doing those studies right now for the first time, and we will have an answer.”

Kennedy has launched the first federal investigation into connections between psychiatric medications and mass shootings—a study the medical establishment has resisted for years. His HHS department is examining whether SSRIs—you know, those happy pills everyone’s taking—and other psychiatric drugs are contributing to America’s unique epidemic of mass violence.

These drugs carry the FDA’s strongest warnings about homicidal and suicidal thoughts. But hey, let’s keep prescribing them like candy, right?

The timing couldn’t be more critical. Robin Westman changed his name from Robert in 2020. He had years of suicidal thoughts. He even regretted transitioning. Get this—the FBI is investigating the attack as domestic terrorism and a hate crime against Catholics. But Kennedy’s asking the real question: did the drugs Westman likely took during his transition play a role in his evil attack?

Here’s what they don’t want you to notice: This isn’t isolated. The similarities to Nashville shooter Audrey Hale are undeniable. Both transgender. Both former students at the Christian schools they attacked. Both left manifestos. Both turned sacred spaces into killing fields.

Kennedy’s investigation will examine whether medications taken during gender transitions might be contributing factors. And before anyone screams “transphobia,” we’re talking about powerful drugs with documented side effects. Parents have a right to know.
