1. Removal based on an unproven and uncharged allegation.
2. The current Supreme Court has previously ruled Fed Board Governors can't be removed by President without cause.
3. An allegation by tweet without any criminal charge and conviction is not "cause."

@AthrillatheHunt it’s illegal to remove a federal governor without cause. And there is not enough evidence that she did anything wrong. Media stations have obtained and reviewed the mortgage documents in question and found that Lisa Cook did claim two primary residences but it is unclear whether she informed either lender of the fact.

She has not been charged with any wrongdoing and this is not going to stand up in court.

What Trump is doing is politically and probably racially motivated. He will fail
