British liberals

Some of my liberal minded friends have turned to the right of centre in the past month or so .
It’s all about ‘ illegal ‘ immigration’.
If government don’t sort it , I fear for the future of the UK

Then you've been duped and the right wing has done its job manipulating you. What next, trans issues are more important than child poverty?

@Richard65 I don’t share those views .i am saying my surprise, at very liberal friends rapid change in attitudes .

@devonman apologies, then they have been manipulated and aren't liberals. Immigrants don't cause you major problems in your life, wealth inequality does. But you did say the government needs to sort it and you fear for the future. I fear at how easily people are manipulated by right wing dog whistles.
