Virginia School District Suspends Two Male Students for Complaining About Trans Female in Boys’ Locker Room

Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) is facing backlash for suspending two high school boys who dared to say they were uncomfortable with a female student waltzing into the boys’ locker room and recording a video.

The district reportedly opened an investigation into three male students who attend Stone Bridge High School months ago after they complained about the girl’s presence. Now, two of them are paying the price.

According to WJLA, the female student (who identifies as male) entered the locker room multiple times and even filmed inside to capture “the reaction of male students.”

Virginia’s Republican Attorney General Jason Miyares isn’t having it.

“Loudoun County Public Schools weaponized Title IX to punish male students for expressing discomfort at being forced to share a locker room with a female student,” Miyares told the Daily Caller. “This suspension is completely unjustified and tramples their constitutional rights.

WJLA reports the boys are being slapped with charges of sexual harassment and sex-based discrimination for their complaints. They’ll each serve a 10-day suspension, have to sit down with administrators to create a corrective action plan, and face a no-contact order with the girl. This will effectively bar them from sharing classes.

One of the boys has reportedly left the state with his family.
