He could and he did cause anxiety both at home and abroad with his posturings on military and commerce matters . He is shaking the world like a kaleidoscope, a toy consisting of a tube containing mirrors and pieces of colored glass or paper, whose reflections produce changing patterns that are visible through an eyehole when the tube is rotated. He has everybody watching his show.
