Every other American, since George Washington, played the role of US President, for better or for worse, with extraordinary flair. Trump is the first presidential office bearer to play himself and he uses the country's air force and navy, replete with nuclear bombers and submarines, as props for his show.

The Russians are not acting, and neither are we Trump supporters a part of his show.
