Trump Has Sued CBS, the WSJ, Etc. So Why Won't He Sue Elon Musk for Saying, "Trump is in the Epstein files"?

I think it is because Musk used to bring his son into the Oval Office when he was meeting with Trump. And Trump grew found of the little tyke - so Trump wouldn’t want to do anything that would hurt the kids father.
Or maybe it is because Musk knows a lot of damaging/incriminating things about Trump.
