So Los Angeles has a budget deficit but the mayor just found $ for cash assistance to dryfronts? How does that work? Where is the outrage?

How many Los Angles legal residents could use this money? Regardless of where it came from, why cant that money be used for needy people who are supposed to be there? Why do blacks keep voting for politicans like this? Dryfronts are now going to get reparations while blacks have been beggng for them for decades.
