Trump is supporting sending Zelensky lots of money and weapons… MAGA is good with that now?

@SumKindaMunster Two weeks ago he suddenly ceased the supply of arms to Ukraine, without warning or explanation. Now he has reversed that decision. He has threatened Russia with 100% secondary tariffs on its trading partners if a deal to end the war is not reached within 50 days. The Russian stock market ended 3% higher, partly because the sanctions are less severe than anticipated, partly because it is widely expected that Trump will not follow through with the threat.

He is not in a strong negotiating position.

@SunshineGirl He hasn't even enacted the sanctions yet. And when he does, it will take some time to have an effect. You can't figure that one out for yourself? I'd say he's in a MUCH better negotiating position than his predecessor, Biden the Bumbler. He has to undo the damage caused by Biden's weakness. But make no mistake, he will definitely follow through on his words.
