@WowwGirl Before becoming a citizen you are supposed to be able to read and speak English,and pass a test on American history. Ask me how I know. Legal visa holders are expected to do the same. Again ask me how I know.

@WowwGirl Yes, I know exactly how the system works, oh, including back ground checks and finger prints.

I have duel citizenship and I had to study for months. Thank goodness the other country spoke English or I probably couldn't have done it at all.

@WowwGirl Some of them speak good English. One was an English teacher in her country and was engaged to a man who helped her get here without a visa. They rounded her up and arrested her recently.
