People always say it's "too soon for politics" after a tragedy

And then go on a political rant themselves. Often saying that is just an attempt to make it seem like you're not expressing a political opinion when you clearly are.

"This is not political! Unlike those evil [insert politician/party you hate] want it to be!"

Yeah, that's not political at all 🤔
