First of all, that 34 million "able-bodied adults" on Medicaid number seems to have been pulled out of thin air. After that, it is clear by everything the Agriculture Secretary said that not much thought was put into this plan...scheme she mouthed.
Aside from being callous, it is decidedly flawed and unrealistic.
