A thought about the recent SCOTUS ruling....

While it's a great thing that the SCOTUS finally cut off the ability of partisan district judges to issue blanket nationwide bans ,I wouldn't get too excited yet.The high court allowed other avenues for challenges (e.g Class actions suits .) Just watch -the district judges will abuse those channels.

SCOTUS didn’t really solve the nationwide-injunction problem — it just forced lower courts to camouflage it better.
