A thought about the recent SCOTUS ruling....

While it's a great thing that the SCOTUS finally cut off the ability of partisan district judges to issue blanket nationwide bans ,I wouldn't get too excited yet.The high court allowed other avenues for challenges (e.g Class actions suits .) Just watch -the district judges will abuse those channels.

It wouldn't be the first time a lower court ignored SCOTUS or found other work arounds. Expect it and prepare for it.

@BizSuitStacy I think if they do so,the only response can be for the administration to simply ignore the lower court.
